well, you could do what i did on my Red Baron bike. i have a sheet of rubber made by Trellaborg, its not even 1/8 inch thick but its practically indestructible. super stretchy too. i bolted it on using the seats bolts, and did some fancy work with cable ties down below. i made it so you have to stretch it to get it on that way when the suspension collapses it doesnt bunch up....just shrinks up. doesnt do much for the bling factor but i couldn't care less, i hate seeing mud and junk packed into my shock. it actually keeps mud from getting packed up in under the seat and frame which makes me happy also. my buddy put one on his primmy after he saw mine. i also made one that i put up front when its really muddy. cable tie it right behind the gooseneck and stretch it down to the front of the skidplate (mine has holes in it). keeps mud from caking the engine...works awesome. this is the best pic i have at the moment of the rear.
