crf 50 no vin number, no title

just bought a honda fiddy the other day with no title or even VIN NUMBER. the sticker was removed, how can I make this sumwhat legal.

Is the frame a OEM Honda frame? If so the VIN number will be punched into the headtube on the left hand side.

Yes it is stock honda frame but no it is not punched in..It might be covered up with paint, any other place???
